I got a new toy. (Grin.) I can’t wait to open the box and try it! I’ve wanted a Silhouette electronic cutting tool for a while now, and I’m jazzed that I finally got the Cameo. This machine cuts paper, cardstock, vinyl, fabric and more — up to 12 inches wide and 10 feet long. I’ve got several projects planned using the Cameo. But until I get a chance to break it in, I wanted to share some exciting Silhouette Black Friday deals and a special discount code just for Crafty Nest readers!
Silhouette Black Friday discounts and tips
- Enter the promo code CRAFTYNEST at the “secret” Black Friday page for a yet-to-be-disclosed discount on the Cameo.
- Use the CRAFTYNEST code to get a 40% discount off everything else in the Silhouette online store (except the Cameo, subscriptions, download cards, and gift cards).
- The Black Friday Sale begins at 12:01 (MST) on Friday, November 25. Codes will be valid through November 28.
- The Black Friday supply of Cameos will sell out so make sure you get yours early.
- All shapes will be half off (50¢ each!) at the Silhouette online store.
I don’t know about you, but I will be buying the Silhouette Studio Designer Edition software, lots of colored adhesive vinyl, fabric interfacing, magnet paper, and bunches of shapes. Like a kid in a candy store.

Am I missing something? The Black Friday deal link is the same bundle and price as their regular listing in the Shop link.

Tara – Yes, you are missing something. Enter the code CRAFTYNEST at checkout to save $50 on the Cameo. Plus, the Cameo is not available at the regular website–only on the Black Friday page.

Thanks for the discount code…..40% on items other than the Cameo. Their normal discount today is 30% off…with the CRAFTYNEST you get 40% off. Best I’ve seen so far. I got the designer software. The Silhouette Cameo is gien at $249.99 with the code…Also good1

Oh My Crafts has Cameo now for $269.99 and a coupon code for 20% off. Another Great bargain for the Cameo. Mine should be here Tues. and I’m counting down the days….It will be a Happy Holiday when Mama gets to play.

I have just received my cameo, I tried out some of the free templates you get, but i am finding it really hard to get them off the mat its really sticky and they keep ripping , am i doing something wrong
